i am writing an opera

I never thought I'd say as gay of a sentence as that.

with Librettist Gene Tyburn I am writing the music to his adaption of Shakespeare's "Othello" titled "Iago" after the play's villain. A lovable character at first, Iago is a clever devil. And by the end there's a heap of dead bodies because of his shenanigans. Pretty gruesome but wonderfully crafted and told by WS.
